As Founder and Chief Beauty Officer of MK Beauty Group, Martha leads the group’s beauty and aesthetics vision, bringing industry knowledge, creativity and commercial insight to its growth. Martha champions innovation, quality and long-term value, helping shape the group’s identity and build a diversified portfolio of beauty businesses.


Leads the overall vision, strategy and growth of MK Beauty Group. Oversees acquisitions, business development and group operations, building strategic partnerships and driving the development of a diversified beauty and property investment group.

Oversees MK Beauty Group's financial strategy, planning and reporting across the group. Supports acquisition valuations, funding strategies and financial due diligence, ensuring disciplined financial management and sustainable growth.

Leads MK Beauty Group’s Property investment, AI & acquisition strategy, identifying and evaluating businesses that align with our vision. Oversees deal structuring, negotiations and investment opportunities to support the group’s long-term growth.
